This is the 100th anniversary of the Town of Riverside, and Olde Riverside BIA has organized a new event “Riverside Rocks 100!” to celebrate. The town of Riverside is the youngest of the border cities, and was incorporated in 1921 before being annexed by Windsor in 1966.
The Town of Riverside was one of the few border cities that was mainly a residential area. When the Town of Riverside was annexed by the City of Windsor, the community still kept their sense of pride, and Riverside is a prime example of that.
